Our goal is to share our knowledge of the fair trade, organic coffee industry and to promote outdoor recreation.

Sustainability

We source coffee from farms that employ sustainable farming methods and use environmentally friendly practices.

Giving Back

The Appalachian Trail Conservancy, Pacific Crest Trail Association, and Continental Divide Coalition are organizations responsible for working with government, landowners, and other agencies to preserve, protect, and maintain the trails. A portion of proceeds from the sale of our coffee goes directly to these organizations to help them fulfill that mission.

Lisa Seeley, Owner

Lisa is an airline pilot who discovered a passion for coffee while hiking the Pacific Crest Trail in 2012. Soon after completing her hike, she began educating herself on the “farm to cup process” and started experimenting with different roasts.  The idea for Triple Crown Coffee grew out of a desire to give back to the trails during a hike of the Continental Divide Trail in 2014.  Lisa is a member of the Oregon Coffee Board.
